The 360 Journey
If one goes 360 degrees, one makes an entire circle or turn and is back in the original position. The circle has a starting point, and this begins with a decision to become a business owner. At the end of the ring, they decide to sell their business, close it, or give the company to a family member.
Suppose you can envision the circle as a path. In that case, you will find that as business owners walk the way, they touch the lives of their family members, friends, peers, community, customers, and employees. But, at the end of the journey, they must face themselves. So, the journey requires constant reflection on how they can improve these relationships to achieve success.
The most important relationship is with themselves
